Short Form

This class covers the Yang Short Form designed by Cheng Man Ching with additions by Dr Chi Chiang Tao.  Beginners and continuing students are welcome.  See Resources for recommended book and DVD by Angus Clark.

Tai Chi for Health

This one hour weekly class is suitable for everyone, regardless of how mobile you are. Wheelchair and stick users are welcome. The first term of the year covers Dr Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis Form, along with how to make adaptations to the moves to suit your personal physical condition. Classes in Spring and Summer usually include White Crane Chi Kung or working with props and weapons such as Fans and Swords. See Resources for recommended DVD for Tai Chi for Arthritis.
